Due to the nature of the products and health code requirements, we cannot exchange a product once it’s been delivered to your location. If you receive a product and it is defective and does not work right out of the box, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product and we will view each defective order on a case by case basis. However, if you want to exchange your product for any other reason outside of being defective, we cannot take back your product.

What is Durian?
Durian is a body safe oil that comes from the Durian tree. It is added to our liquid silicone and mixed before each cast. The result is a low friction with a matte finish. Durian also makes the sleeve feel more skin-like. If you're allergic to nuts, we strongly recommend not adding Durian to your order.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes! We ensure a discreet shipping process by using plain brown boxes. The shipping label will not display our company name. Inside the box, your item will be securely sealed in a white, non-transparent bag.
Are these sleeves body safe?
Yes, all of our products undergo rigorous third-party testing and are certified to be safe for the skin. We are committed to using only the highest quality platinum-cured silicone, which is proudly manufactured in the United States.
Can you shorten the exterior length of the sleeve?
The majority of our sleeves can be shortened. Send us a message through our chat option before placing an order.
Can I do changes on my order after paying?
Yes, we can. Please let us know as soon as possible before we begin working on your order.

Unfortunately we can't. We could only shorten the exterior sleeve.

For domestic shipments in the United States we use USPS priority mail.
For international shipping we use FedEx or DHL.

Our sleeves have not been tested for use as a form of contraceptive. However our sleeves are non-porous. Use at your own risk.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order is custom-made and requires approximately 1 to 3 days for production, depending on our current order volume. Once your order is ready, we ship it via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1 to 4 business days for delivery.
For international orders, we utilize DHL or FedEx for shipping. Please note that shipping transit times will differ depending on the destination country.
